I always feel the need to tread lightly when entering into an interactive
project, and thus am a bit anxious to know if PLOT-D has archives out on the
net, or if I just need to request that folks be kind enough to email me a
plot synopsis of their most current schemings.

And how about the cast o' characters? Or do I need to just wait on that?

One final question: how current is our SR supposed to be? Meaning, what if I
want to use some character data that doesn't show up 'til Neo-Anarchist's
Guide to the Awakened (a playtest character which I unfortunately won't be
playing much in the future, due to a broken GM)?

Well the only Plot-D archives are at Listserve. As for Shadowtk Archives,
you did recieve a copy of the FAQ?

Ummm. It could have been delayed by the Holidays. We have lives too.

Just about anything published is fair game, although we more or less ignore
the novels and adventures. I am not familiar with the Neo-Anarchist's Guide
to the Awakened. What is it?

our Shadowrun is ment to be as current as the last source book put out.
Basically - we go by the theory of "If its been out for a bit, and you had the
chance to by it - then its part of the SR universe"

We had problems with the Chicago - Burning Bright thing in that people started
jumping the gun and wanted to blow up the city even though 2 other plots where
in Chicago at the time.

Basically play things by thumb

If what a source book brings out will be world shattering - Ie Chicago go
BOOM!! - take your time and wait until people have a chance to buy it.

If you just want to bring in a neet character - just remember that we all have
to play in the sand box and that "My character is stronger/faster/smarter than
your character debates are rather boring.

My character CRUSH is one of the strongest (strength wise) characters on the
list, but people don't remember him for that - they remember CRUSH because he
makes them laugh - rolling on the ground and gasping for breath in one or two
cases.
