My characters Jason Tylor and Angus McDonahugh (both initated mages with ThD
degrees from U. Glasgow) will be showing up. Angus is a good, boisterous
Scotsman with an appreciation for good drink, and Jason is a thin, slightly
ritzy ex-New Yorker. If by some chance Action Jackson is going to be in
attendance, someone let me know. =) Also, if anyone is interested in having
their characters try to really scrutinize Jason or ask about his research or
something especially spectacular is going to happen on the magical front,
drop me some email. =)

Nope, while there's a lot of magic at Haven, most of the residents have
been taught or believe themselves that peeking at auras is an invasion of
privacy, and they know better about breaking the rules.

As or AJ, he'll make a token appearance, but cut out quick.

I wasn't planning on writing this party up, so feel free to be creative,
everyone. If you're going to do something to any of my characters or
something in Haven that might cause problems, just let me know first.

I figure that AJ's a pretty well known face in New York, Mark.

Good. Since I remember hearing that some people were planning to attend
Astrally I figured there might be at least some glance at "surface
appearances"...but the less magical complications for this one, the better =)

>As or AJ, he'll make a token appearance, but cut out quick.

Okay...I was wondering because of AJ's commentary about trying to find a
cure for "it"; Jason has enough wherewithall to know that AJ's a vampire, and
if a conversational opportunity had presented itself Jason might have tried a
couple casual inquiries into what sort of research AJ had been pursuing insofar
as it might relate to his dissertation =) Trying to pick up useful little
tidbits, but nothing pushy. Of course, if AJ wouldn't be likely to broach
that kind of subject, the whole thing is moot. =)

Heck, some of the partiers are free spirits - Haven has 10 around
regularly, up to probably 40 or 50 for the really big parties. This one
would probably have 15 or so - no time to gather a big group. Obviously,
they aren't going to keep from peeking at auras, but most of the regular
folk won't unless they feel they have to for one reason or another.

AJ won't discuss it unless someone else asks him what he's beem up to.
Even then, he'll seem a bit upset, and try to change the subject if he can.
