I'm increasing the background count in a large portion of Redmond. It is
only partly related to the german gang moving in. More things will
become clearer shortly.

If you could, could you folks mention that it seems to be centered on
Haven, and that it's not just a background count(Haven has one
permentently, but it's a beneficial one.), but that it feels very wrong.
Those of you with experience with Toxic shamans and bugs will recognize
parts of it, but there is still something more that you can't identify.

Oh, and if some enterprising decker(I don't care who) would please
mention the existence of a new Maxim research facility up in Algonkian-
Manitou, I'd appreciate it.

Can we say Wraith - I knew we could. (Or definately something alongs
those lines)

as to Identifying - well - some may be able to.

Actually, the wraith is only part of it. Oh, and Kor, it is a Wraith
that AJ has run into, and the vid phone he connected with will show that.

But the question should be this: Is the wraith the cause of the rising
background count(it was, afterall, originally encountered in Tacoma, and
then last night in Everett), or just an effect?
