Assuming the meet went of without any problems, Reaper and
Co. is prepared to take this operation. What are the details
surrounding the missing individual (ie where are they suspected to be
held, who kidnapped her, any technical info on the location)? Give
Reaper the dirt and he'll get his team to work.

Life is like a Wankel Engine. In between the emptiness of boredom and
despair, and the compression of stress in one's life, there's that
one spark of enjoyment that keeps you going.

If Rollins and Kennedy had children, they'd rule the world.

Sorry. Been really busy here with papers to write and way too much reading
to do.

The girl is on a small island owned totally by Dante. It's primary defenses
are remoteness and an arrangement with a local magical group who uses it for
thier voodoo rituals from time to time. He also has about 10 ex-runners and
wannabes on the island for physical security. Your major problem will be the
group and all the loa(voodoo spirits) around the island, and the automatic
defenses.

He has radar, drones, and long-range sonar to detect incoming aircraft and
boats and warn them off before they arrive. He also has long-range SAMs and
AAMs on drones(including 2 Wandjina RPVs, 4 Condors, and 7 rotodrones). In
addition he has several boats, both standard and remotely piloted, that carry
depth charges and anti-personel sonar as well as miniguns and rotary cannons
for other surface vessels.

The guards are 4 ex-runners who owe Dante thier lives(and are paying for it
now) with security armor and assult rifles(assume 1 merc, 2 sammys, and 1
rigger) and 7 runner wannabes with armored jackets and SMGs(2 "riggers", 1
shaman, 1 "merc", 3 "sammys"). There is also a pretty good decker on
the
island to maintain the automation when Dante isn't around himself.

There are 4 houngans(evil ones, but that's neither here nor there) on the
island at all times, with a variety of really nasty spells(White Wolf Mag. as
the source) and maxed out on thier loa(a variety of them). Their Initiate
ratings are 2 at 1, 1 at 2, and 1 at 3, and they also have at least one
Greater Loa each. There are NO metahumans here(Dante is humanis).

Astrally, the main building is warded lightly and has a loa 4 on patrol. 2
other loa(rating 5) patrol the island continuously. There is a really nasty
background count in the ritual area, so you want to avoid it at all costs
(human sacrifices recently).

There is no connection to the Matrix, but the entire complex is controled by
automation. Little to no IC in the system.

There are 3 buildings: one barraks, one main building where the girl is(under
constant guard) and where the ex-runners room, and another ritual building
off in the Northern end of the island. It's covered with palms and under-
brush and there are no sensors once you get on it. The beaches are mined and
there are monofiliment fences all around except at the dock. But the fence
isn't sensored or anything. the island is designed to keep people from getting
there in the first place, not to stop them if they get there.

The dock has 2 guards at all times and one fueled Ocean Commander(fully armed).
It also has the only gate through the monowire fences.

Beyond this you can fill it in.

The only thing is that two of my characters have been around, trying to
figure out a way through the magical and physical defenses. Both are elves
and will not figure into your rescue unless you want to get in touch with them.
If you do, they are Hermit(the adult) and Little Dragon(a 13 year-old kid).

They will likely end up hitting it after you do, only to find it deserted and
the group really annoyed. We'll see.

I hope this helps.

Brian
