I thought I'd launch this plot like this:
Wolf 359 posts a copy of an interview by BusinessWeek of Norm. In it
they talk about that he is a shaman and that he recently initiated. They
ask him about what he did for his research prior to initiating, to which
normal replies that he worked out a series of magic spells for speaking
with animals. Unfortunately the spells are too unique for all animals
and have to designed pretty specific.
[This has a side benefit of providing a way for our dolphin to give
his/her ok on having cyber installed].
As part of the article, it is alluded to that YT is researching
high-grade cyber implants. This tips off Bug Dudes, Inc.
Shit hits the fan.
