Does anyone have a problem if:

a) the trashed vehicles at the steel works disappear en route to the
repair shops (some of them at least, and all the ones (almost)nobody would
bother to salvage)?; and

b) If I write up the post Thunda piss up Lynch offered a few of us,
set about a week from the event to allow everyone to get their debriefings
out of the way?

If you want your character to be a part of the party, please e-mail me
a general description (ie what do people see when they look at you),
including gender. My address (in cae you can't extract it from the header
garbage) is
wes@********.com.au

As this will be a private affair (no taping), the story will be posted
to Shadowtk as snippets from different people's viewpoints. So, I need to
know who your character will mix with, who they will avoid, and any
peculiarities I should know about.
In general, no weapons will get into the venue, and if people wish to
disguise themselves, that's cool - even encouraged if you're a 'runner.
Don't even think about magic, the venue I have in mind is way too tight.

Wes

PS: Pete, thanks for a great thread - I enjoyed it immensely.

Nope, some of the vehicles will be pretty much pulled apart by forensics
looking for evidence, some of the police cruisers that are repairable
will be recovered, the rest will be left in the barrens.

A week should be sufficient time for most people to get debriefings and
reports over with. Those that have an internal affairs division, will
still be answering questions, butthat'll be a mere formality.

SAC D'Arkan and ASAC Crawley would like to be a part of that, to say
thanks to those that helped track and kill Thunda, and all those that
offered their support during the long hunt. He will _not_ record any of
the meetings, or any of the people, he will honour their privacy , I
personally guarantee that :)

Chris D'Arkan, is an easy going sort of guy, with a loose view on
operational procedure. He has an attitude of, fuck the rules, as long
as the job gets done, and without a clusterfuck.

James Crawley is a bit different, he looks at everyone with a suspicious
view. Are they a potential enemy, what are their actions going/likely
to be, what have they done in the past. He's a detective, a good one,
he won't go out of his way to stare at everybody, but will pay attention
to the people he meets, sizing them up much as a PI or bodyguard would
do.

Assuming there is a white flag ruling on this, these two guys will
honour that. However, they will require assurances regarding
cyberweapons. They are after all Federal Agents, and someone there
might take objection.

I'm pleased you enjoyed it, and I'll pass on that message to the person
who created Thunda. Hopefully everyone got some fun out of that little
plot. :)

Probably too many cops around for the cruisers to vanish easily, but you
might snag an ambulance. Once Forensics finish with the helo wreckage
nobody's going to miss it :)

Sure, no probem by me,

It won't matter. Lynch said a number of times that neither he nor any
of his cohorts could accept any form of reward - even the unofficial one.
So, I'm assuming he will politely refuse it.
Someone (Lynch?) correct that if I'm wrong, please.

That's ok. I understand. My character was just around for some stuff,
really didn't do anything. I'll just hop off and shot myself now :)

Thanks for mentioning that he would get it (and don't forget about Quinn,
she's the only one of the five you haven't mentioned) I actually didn't
know that there was a seperate reward going on, other than the gov't one,
till you mentioned it.

Actually, he said they weren't entitled to the gov't money. He didn't say
anything about unofficial money.

And why would he refuse it? It's not that he needs money (this is
Shadowtk, you have as much money and do as well as you need for your
character and story) but the principle of the thing. Blade will accept
money for succesfully completed jobs, whether he knew he was going to get
paid or not (in this instance, he wasn't aware of a bounty on Thunda
seperate from the gov't, he just did it to help Lynch)

It might have been in a private message to Lefty that he said he
couldn't take ANY reward, no matter where it came from.

Certainly it's just storyline whether you get paid or not. It's also
important not to do anything with someone else's character without their OK,
so I was just checking. Some people would refuse money for a job like this
- there are a few people in the world who do things because they believe in
them (Lefty is NOT one of them, but I suspsect Lynch might be)

Personally, I wouldn't have a character of mine offer money the
character didn't have in campaign, but maybe that's just me.

The Federal reward of all those millions doesn't apply to the Thunda-
killers because they were, fairly or not, wearing Federal uniforms and
doing their jobs.

They're entirely entitled to any non-Federal rewards going, though. Easy
has a business plan that needs capital :)
