Guys, it's occurred to me that being GMT + 1300 can lead to
variances in continuity, particularly with regard to the time/date
stamps I show...should I just factor the time as GMT/Zulu in my
stamp...it's not any real extra work for me, and it might make it
less confusing for others...

It doesn't make any difference to me, I don't post online, so there will
always be a time delay on my posts of several hours if not a couple of
days. If interacting rapidly then yes a time stamp needs to be agreed
on, but don't concern yourself for the benefit of Cat.

I generally add 6 hours and subtract a day from NZ time, and that
approximates Seattle time.
