Well, the FAQ says there's no such thing as a commonly agreed-upon timescale.
I just had some problems -
Here in Germany, it's 12.
Over in Seattle it's 3 AM.
In Tokyo, it's 8 PM.

Well, I'll use Tokyo time for all messages coming from Cat. I hope this won't
screw up with the LOG for chronological purposes.

(Tokyo is +8 from CET, +17 from US Westcoast time.)

Mountain Daylight time (only Arizona does not change for Daylight savings)

A.K.A. GMT -7 (compensating for Daylight Savings Time)

A.K.A. An hour ahead of Seattle

A.K.A. Five hours ahead and an day behind you.
