Any more news on Nigel Findley?

Also, I hate to sound ignorant, but what happened to Tom Dowd?

Hoi,
I am sorry to inform you all that the rumors posted here earlier
ar true. I got a note from Tom Dowd earlier today confirming that Nigel D
Findley died of a sudden heart-attack last week (I belive on Saturday).
I, for one, enjoyed his contribution to the Shadowrun setting
allot. It is too bad his time was up so soon.
As for Mr Tom Dowd, I don't get what you mean about "What
happened to him?", should anything have happened to him?

What happened to him is that he transferred to another department within
FASA-something to do with computer games, I think. He's no longer the Dark
Lord on High.

He's heading up FASA interactive, I believe. It's their new wing devoted
to electronic gaming, of all sorts, I believe. Should be up and running
soon, hopefully.

Nonetheless, I have it on fairly good authority that Carl Sargent is our new DLoH --
though to the best of my knowledge, Mike is still the online correspondant. So all hope
is not lost -- though I do hope we get our direct link...
