That may be true, but only in the game-definition sense. I think
a nazi-mage who summons spirits in Auschweiz and casts Gas Chamber
III at a ghetto would qualify as toxic. In magery, there is no
belief, therefore it's all attitude.
Now there's an Idee: What if the Spectral form of Anne Frank came
back to haunt him...
