OK, guys. I've done my bit in the shadows, both real and metaphoric, and
I've just got to "come out" to drop in my $200=Y= worth (life's been good)
regarding the Turing Police.

I think the idea is unlikely, unwieldly, and ridiculous, but only in its
execution. The idea itself it interesting, but the implimentation of such
is ludicrous.

I find the concept of a "net police" of ANY organization to be about as
likely as a single organization being the administration for the internet.
(i.e. not bloody. . . )

Thus, I think that the concept, while novel, is impossible to make fit in
our "little world" well enough for it to be considered. As a member of this
continuum, I wish to place my vote for the negative, though I do not wish
my statements to be considered a flame.

I feel that I have a right to influence what I am forced to
read/respond to/delete from my mail spool.

Those're my thoughts on the subject -- I'll leave you folks to bang out the
details.

Hit it.
