Now here's a question for those of you who at least have the old Seattle
sourcebook: Which colleges and universities still exist in the area by
205X?

I assume the University of Seattle Brian mentions is the old University of
Washington, Seattle (home of the Huskies). It is probably the biggest
university in the Pacific Northwest, and should still be around. I have
mentioned Seattle University, a much smaller institution today, run by the
Jesuits, but I didn't bother to actually research the sourcebooks to see
if it is still standing. An oversight on my part, but I was curious now
which ones were officially mentioned and which weren't.

I know that UDub (University of Washington) is still there, as is the
Seattle University.

Can't recall anything else being mentioned, even in passing.

Of course, I must mention that the New Seattle sourcebook, which will
detail Seattle from 2054 to 2060, is due out this year. So what's in the,
what, eight year old? Seattle Sourcebook will be badly out of date in about
6-8 months from now. Doesn't help you at this moment, but I thought I'd
drop a pitch for FASA.

Figured they'd be around. Curious what happened to the NCAA though. With
the restructuring of North America, some things probably got really
mangled.

Great. So I can actually say, "I meant to do that..." now and not look
like a yutz. If y'all don't mind, I'd like to say that the place is still
run by the Jesuits, which would probably skew how magic is taught there.
Brings into question what ever happened to Gonzaga. I thing that would be
over the border in the Tir.

Hmmm. Anyone ever see mention of how well the Elven nations and the
Vatican were getting along? Especially since Na nOg took over Ireland,
this is a mildly intriguing question, but knowing FASA, they may have
skipped over it.

TNO: very badly, IIRC from the 2nd book of the secrets of power trilogy
(novels 1 to 3). No info on TT.

Hmm there's something general about magic and religions in the Grimoire,
but I don't remember anything special and I'm to busy to look it up right
now.. :((
