In case anyone wonders or cares, I'm introducing a new, throw-away
character called VoodooBilly Man. Imagine a red-neck hick crossed with a
Jamaican Voodoun. He's a complete hick, but he is in touch with the loa,
and all that voodoun stuff detail in the NAGM.

He's only a throw-away (I graduate and lose access in a month and a half)
but I hope to have some fun with the little freak. Maybe make things a
little more wierd around here...
