Hang on, my word is not law, so make sure that is ok with others.

Also, don't make it any worse gibberish that ROT13. If you just make some
random stuff, it loses conhesiveness as a structured post. ROT13 at
least maintains word spaces and sentence structure, just that the letters
appear goofy :).

For example, the phrase:

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
suddenly is translated into 'Dragon' and looks like:
Ubj zhpu jbbq pbhyq n jbbqpuhpx puhpx vs n jbbqpuhpx pbhyq puhpx jbbq.

As you can see, nobody but a dragon or a studdering elf could pronounce that.
