Sorry about the mistake. I meant the Right Of Progression, but somehow Ascensio
n sounded cooler and got stuck in my mind. As for when Solarial first took his
Rite, he's young so probably 2047. As for what hes doing now - The Prime
Candidacy is not a rite exactly. Rather its a screening/testing process that
earns an elf the privilege of vying for that ultimate prize: A Full Council
seat.
