Renraku: She basically works for / with Renraku. It's just a side light
to the main ammo shortage.. If people would actually stop asking me
questions, I'd like to downplay it (she's been warned by the corp to stop
talking about it). Renraku is playing a conservative game - they have a
lot at risk if they had a major gun malfunction.
