Can I play a ghost?

As you freak out, and grab your munchkin-seeking rounds, let me
continue...

My intended character is different from a normal ghost for two
reasons:

1). He's much, much weaker - it does him injury to use psychokinesis
and to manifest.
2). He didn't lose any intelligence in the translation (from life to
death).

If you approve (you meaning all of you) he'll be making an appearance
on the list soon...
