Aztechnology -- or, more specifically, Aztlan -- wants in.

Dante (let's say) did/said/found out something he wasn't supposed
to in his past association with that corp/country, and although they
didn't let on at the time, a quiet 'elimination of opportunity'
campaign against him has been in effect. Every field agent has a few
of the Azzie's most wanted in their memory, some of them more often
then others....
