Just for those of you who don't know:

The Shattergraves are what's left of the Sears Tower after the Alamos 20k
blew it up. When it fell, it took many surrounding buildings with it and
killed, after all was said and done, 26000 people. It is a literal maze of
concrete and steel and is the core of The Noose, a rating Z security area,
where the cops don't consider going(unless they are forced to). The primary
denizens of the area are ghosts, ghouls, really poor folks, and people with
enough firepower to take over half of the rest of Chicago. And this is Dante's
home, sweet home. Kinda makes you wonder what kind of creatures you'll run
into if he can cut a deal with the ghosts and ghouls to let him live in thier
territory....
