Depending on which place you decide to stay at:

Warehouse, gang controlled area in the Barrens --

Arial coverage of the area for physical security (condors), level 5
security on the building itself (doesnt go to lonestar, panic button goes to
the skateboard riding, machine gun carryin' boneless gang. Much better than
lone star. They dont let anyone mess with "one of their own"), 4 hermetic
summoning circles and supplies, a video entertainment system to blow
you head off, my magical library, and 4 attack trained hell hounds. Im
certain there are other things that come with this configuration but those
are the big selling points.

Brownstone, council controlled area on council island --

The rest of my magical group resides there. Two of my hell hounds
live on site with me there. A pretty "ok" entertainment system. Access to
my magical library, and off-site access to my group's summoning circles amd
materials.
