I dont want to get into a bidding war with them at all. Right now my
funds are FAR too low to just go throwing my money out the windows.

I currently have some hardware set up (Industrial Sound and Magic...) that
is fraggin' perfect for training officers and other military personnel.
The public sees it as a simulator (sim-rig) for being able to do things
like casting spells (ala mage / shaman). What _I_ use the proto for
is training and keeping my combat reflexes at top notch. It also lets
me run through scenarios with new spells to see how taxing they will
be (I go through a lot of rats this way). With this equipment I could
prolly have a security force trained up (combat only) withing 6 months
to a year. After that they would have to spend time working on laws and
city ordinances to be able to be bonded / certified.

If there are people in the shadow community thinking / willing to do
this I can throw my lawyers and some capital their way to getting things
off the ground. But how would you find me / approach me with such
an offer? I dont know either.
