Ok here goes. I hope I can get these rambling Ideas correct.
The UB has slowly been phased (or fading) out in most of the UCAS.
The Seattle ones are still around but barely. (they will be removed)
All but Chi-town had their UB's gassed or something and taken over by another
service organization - funded by the NSA and CIA to keep a lid on the Insect
thing.
Normal people didn't know about UB being bad yet - they really didn't care all
that much as long as there was someone taking the sin-less off the streets.
A few days ago - They tried to get rid of the UB in Chi-town - Scarface was the
bait (unknowingly). They got the chapterhouse but thing when wrong and the
bugs went haywire. At first the bugs went underground, but now they are coming
up and people are starting to notice.
The military is doing "maneuvers" in the Chi-town barrens, thats what they want
people to believe. Some pirate stations have report that things aren't what
they seem - but they have been blown to bits (by both the UB and the military)
Word can't stay silent for long - the secret military curfew will become fact on
*day - probably friday*. The bugs are going to resurface all over the city, and
a nuke is going to go off (taking out a HUGE hive they found under the city)
The city goes quarantine Saturday or so.
AI hope this fix will work - WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT IT!!!
Changes - instead of the secret cerfew/ quarantine - the Military will declare
an out break of Vitas-4-omega. It makes people look REAL bad (bugs)
This can happen today or tomorrow.
We can't ignore what people posted but we can try to make up for their not
thinking things through.
Dante plot - the military is taking in Mercs to help out - MET 2000 will be
there as will assorted mercs - its a perfect time to slip in (I hope)
Seattle - an up step on the destroying of the last Seattle hive - its getting
Antsy (bad pun).
I hope this came out somewhat intelligently - this needs to be done
NOW - it can't wait - its the best fix I can think up of.
