Brian:
Since (as far as I know) I'm the only one with a
character named Irish, I thought you should know a few things
for the character who V hired to watch him.
A) Irish is mildly paranoid & _very_ observant. Tailing him
isn't the easyist thing in the world (lvl 3 optic mag helps him
notice alot of things). Also he has several contacts of street,
corp and decker levels who would proably inform him that he's
being watched (if they find out), he also has a go-ganger as a
buddy & he would definetly tell Irish if he saw anything suspicious.
B) The best places to tail Irish (not nessicarily the
easyist) would be: 1. catch him at home (an appartment in Tacoma)
however: Irish has beefed up his appartments security a great deal
in addition his daughter (the newby PhysAd) has Astral Perception
and enjoys scanning areas at random to see what she can see.
2. a runner bar in southern Tacoma called: "Lou's Bar and Grill"
Problems: Lou is an 0 level initiate combat mage (ork) & a good
friend of Irish's, his famaliar is frequently present (looks like
a large golden-red cougar, usualy), non-regulars must drop all
weapons off at the front door (weapon detectors, both walk-through
& hand-held) which tends to attract notice (the doorman is a
rather unsubtule troll). If that wasn't enough, the bar's usualy
clientel _is_ runners and freelance security people + the ocasional
ganger.
Hope this proves useful.
Brion
PS. I don't suppose you would be willing to let me in on the
plot?
