oops... Sorry. Ms. V is watching Irish to see if Caine connects with him, and
she's using her own private personnel to do so(thus the name Avatar). Private
little army almost.

She and Caine knew each other way back, and she saw some of the stuff about
Irish and assumed that he would be a way to connect to Caine. Don't worry too
much about the surviellance. At least, not for a little while.
