I would like to ask the permssion from the various powers that be to post
on TK a notice that would have the Universal Brotherhood being outlawed
by the UCAS. This would be an important part of Mr. Skirvin's
Chicago/Burning Bright plot. However, to avoid problems, I am heretofore
asking permission to make the post. BTW, Mr. Skirvin, is you wish to do
this, then please, go ahead. I just finished BB and I'm stoked about
what can be done on TK.
