Caine and The Chameleon were shot at from across Pike St, at Pike's Market,
through the glass(non-armored) by three snipers, one aiming to shatter the
glass, one after The Chameleon, and another at Caine. The two of them had
talked for a while, but only about 10 minutes before The Chameleon signaled
Avatar to fire. This was not obvious, since the signal was something that
she'd been doing all meeting long.

I assumed that they talked about the last run they were on in Portland, with
The Chameleon talking about how she survived, and asking Caine how he survived
the experience. That's about it.
