Let me clear up some things that I've said.
I did not say I was going to insert the Horrors onto TK, I did say the line
would have the possibility of ALLOWING the Horrors to come in earlier than
the predicted time. In other words: If FASA wishes to bring the Horrors in
earlier I'm giving them a means of doing so.

When did Burning Bright come out? I had thought Bug City was to come out
before Burning Bright. Besides the Military would place a"no-man's land"
around the Containment Zone to prevent any curious people from getting in,
in other words a HAZARD ZONE. The distance from the end of the Containment
Zone to the end of the "Hazard Zone" would be anywhere from 5 to 100+ miles.
Passes into this Hazard Zone can be gotten, because this is where the Field
HQ would be located. I have some knowledge of how the military works being a
son of two Ex-Marine Officers.
