Ummm. I don't know what info I can give you on The Phantom, stat-wise.
I just came up with him off the top of my head when Spirit's offer went
out on TK. All I need now is the Green Hornet, Dick Tracy and Doc Savage
and I'll have the whole pulp fiction collectors' set <G>

Anyway, I can tell you that The Phantom has been on the Matrix since its
creation. He (aka Kit Walker the umpteenth) has assumed the mantle of
the Phantom, which has passed from father to son for over 500 years.
Pretty cool, huh? He would probably have a military-grade cyberdeck, if
there is such a thing. He's also a pretty good shot.
