Mail from the author suggests that the following things are true:
distribution to people who specifically request the book, agree to email
SKenson@***.com or FASA with playtest comments, and WILL NOT upload the text t
o ANY SITE which can be then downloaded from are allowed to receive a copy.
I will UUEncode the PKZIP file (2.04g) and pass it to the first person who
posts & agrees to these specific terms. But I cannot take responsibility for
uploading sixty-leven copies of this puppy: I just don't have the money to
pay for the time it will take to send them. Someone with better control of
file distribution (who will volunteer to distribute to others) should post
and take this burden on. Or work out an elaborate "hot potato" transfer
scheme (Joe's got it, Fred's got it, sign up on the list...) It doesn't
matter so long as everybody agrees to these terms.
Honestly, there are more file accesses to the book than there are comments in
the messaging (and I've done a dozen or more myself...) *BUT* let's make this
experiment work, OK? So that next time they won't say no?
