I have just been given a warning by Mr. Rogers (no, not that one you
idiot) that my proposed Prime Runners/Edge Runners project might be
victim to rampant munchkinism, with players and NPCs being out of
control. A very valid fear, and one that I had not actually thought of.
But here is my response.

Anything NOT published in any of the FASA books will NOT be accepted,
with the exception of much of the NERPS books. So if your house rule
allows for Omega grade cyberwear, forget it.

I am involved in a very powerful group, so a whole lot of stuff will
still fly. After all, the point of this project is to show what a really
powerful shadowrunner can be like.

And last but not least, as the editor of the project, I reserve the right
to edit it in any way I chose. I will allow most anything to go, but if
you can't explain to me why Sammy the Samurai has a strength of 21, I
will CHOP it down to what appears to be logical. Any cuts like this will
not be made randomly or without reason, and I will make an effort to
contact the person who submitted the PC or NPC to discuss the matter.

Now, I have gotten about 5 responses, with about 10 characters. Plus the
stuff from my own group. I REALLY would like to get more submissions
from people. Remember, this is not just for your own favorite character,
but also for those important NPC (listen up GM's!) that keep your game
moving and supplied. As it stand now, I have about 20 individuals for
this project; I really would like to double that number.

ANd to make this message even longer, here is my wish list of people from
TK that I can remember off hand and would like to have submissions for:

Freddy Frypp
Christopher Tarlington (sp?) aka Dark Angel
Count von Doom (please?)
and possibly others like Nightmare, Blitzkrieg, Spirit of the Matrix, and
perhaps some others that have been around for ages.

Thanks in advance,

Erik, a.k.a. the Whistling Editor
