I would like it if you did. From TK it does seem that Spirit of the
Matrix really does belong in this sort of project.

Very possible, but I suspect that people know I would really like
powerful characters and NPCs, not just a rehash of one of the
archetypes. And if you aren't that powerful stat-wise, maybe there is
something special or unique that makes them deserving of being considered
elite by the masses (or at least me ;-))

As an added bonus, I will send, via snail mail, a hard copy of the
finished product to everyone that submits someone that in included. As
it stand right now, I figure on having close to 30 PCs and NPCs based on
current response. But keep it coming!
