Basically Shadowland is a shadowdecker supported area where info can be gained
easily. It is free form thought with no restrictions - if you find info there
that you can sell to someone - more power to you.
It ain't no faerie land where all the deckers are pals and would never rat on
each other - but you should be careful how you rat on people - there are often
others on who are better than you.

Yes but - how will people know when not to come in and comment - Encypts are to
be like peoples thoughts in a book - the reader can see them and other plot
points but the other people do not know whats going on.
