Well since Walker is an assassin, he might have come across Dragon, my ninja.
Dr. Veggie Table most likely patched him up, if he ever got injured enough
to require surgery. Buzz might know him(CIA file a mile long, since they try
to keep tabs on any foreign governmental types) or at least know of him.
Geez, I have several characters, who might know of him at the least.
