As the Anna plotline rolls to a halt of sorts, I would like to make a special
point of thanking everyone who helped me get through it. It's been a long and
dreadful run...

BTW, some of my players in my realspace game wanted me to pass on the
"details" of their run against Anna. So here they are: they mostly snuck in
through the sewer, not finding Jonesboro their style. Others elected to sneak
past the gates in disguise. They eventually met up at a "safehouse" provided
by underground contacts that they managed to find. Due to the fact that they
glow in astral space like a neon sign, the house didn't remain safe long, and
they proceeded to grenade and shoot their way clear of an ambush, destroying
a significant number of buildings in the process (so much for stealth). After
a very short respite (during which they were mostly running and hiding), they
tried to lay out a plan in a cafe, not remembering to stash the assault
rifles first (so much for stealth AGAIN), but managed to break through, dumpt
the "big" guns, and walk into the bank like they belonged there. (Yeah,
right.) Once upstairs, they fought a couple security guards, then were
captured and taken to the vampire. (Only one for these guys.) They started a
fight in the sub-basement that ended up in weakening the structural integrity
of the building and capturing the mayor, whom they then used as leverage to
get out of town. They managed to do so in actually three distinct groups,
one comandeering another vehicle, one with the mayor, and one back out the
sewer. Of course, two of these targets were negotiable, and the autocannons
started firing... They made it away, but it was a near thing. And not nearly
the success OURS was... makes me wonder why they're so proud of themselves...
