Ah, yes, that would be amusing to have Finder encounter Cinder and the
Whistler at The Old King's Head Pub.

Since you know more about Cinder and Finder, you might want to do most of
the story write up. Stuff you might need to know:

The Whistler is a high grade inititate (7), and is what is usually called
a combat mage. Almost as good with guns, swords, and his fists as he is
with his spells. He is a good-looking, dark-haired man who looks like he
just stepped of the pages of Corporate GQ. One point of interest to
Cinder that you may wish to bring up is the fact he has met with
Rhonabwy, in person, and the two have some kind of strange relationship
(which will be revelaed (sort of) in Edge Runners).
