Here's some vital info for Magically active characters involved in this
storyline:
The characters are going to the same circle that Streetwolf and
Nex went to over the summer. The characters, who have astral
perception/projection, will have it affected. There is a barrier that the
characters cannot see into, and the closer they get to that barrier the worse
the characters' astral sight. Magically active characters, other than Phys
Ads, will have any spellcasting/conjuring, they attempt to do, go awry.
Spirits/Elementals that are summoned will either go free or will dissapate.
As for reactions of Characters...Everything happens within 5 Minutes, so
there is no time during the Run for any characters to react to what is
happening.
