Basilisk will be arriving in Denver later today and will meet with
the other deckers to discuss plans. Since he is also acting as medical
support, there are two possibilities for him.
1. Stay outside and deck from there (basically just working on getting
people in), and then wait until his medical services are needed after
the run, or
2. If it looks like people will need medical help inside, he will go
along, but he'll need some protection. He'll be carrying his deck and
a full med kit, and he can't fight very well anyway, so he'll just
be following and trying to stay out of the way of any unhealthy
quantities of lead.
In any case, he will be wearing t-shirt, jeans, and an old armor jacket.
He can take up to 5 boxes of wounds (damage compensators), but will
hopefully not be in a position to be wounded. He is perfectly willing
to obey orders, but he realizes he can help others best if he himself
is not wounded, so will avoid unnecessary risks (unless it's to save
someone else). Same things goes in the Matrix. If it looks like
he's going to take a thrashing, he'll jack out rather than risk getting
fried and being useless later as a medic (i.e. medic duties take
precidence over matrix).
