If you think Seraphy can act serious (for once ;)) he might be invited. It all
depends on what products OTHER than practical jokes his company puts out.
Think of this as a council of war.

I don't entirely follow the logic there -- 'ex' implies quite a bit -- but....

They will be in the presence of some of the most influential people in the
corps, TNO, and TT. A number of individuals inside the Shadow Community will
also be present, one via the Matrix. (Actually, there will be two matrix
links active, but only because the two in question cannot move from their
real-world locations.) Also, there will be individuals from most of the other
North American nations there. :> React away.
