The institute where I'm studying has the dubious distinction of hosting
the student who contracted the Ebola virus in Africa last year. She
recovered, but the virus is killing off quite a few of the chimpanzees
that the group is studying. Still no idea what the carrier organism is.
Ain't modern biology grand?
