Well, there are _some_ questionable posts like that, but I
usually ignore it the first time through, and send the author
of the message a note if I notice unlikely T/D changes in
more than one post. I don't wanna be draconian about it,
so I make sure it wasn't just a fluke. :-)

That's still the case. Only hot deckers should be able to change
their T/D's, and even then, most don't bother with it.
