Um, what is IS&M worth, right now? Even if they don't sell actual stock on
the exchange, it's still considered to be worth X amount of nuyen per
share or percentage point of ownership in the company. To be honest, doing
what you're suggesting is a _really_ bad idea, unless those that currently
own major amounts of stock have a lot of money to dump into the corp.
If they don't, they're running a _serious_ risk of losing control of the
corporation.
A much better idea is to sell bonds instead. Sell, say, up to 1/2 the net
worth of the company in bonds. Doing so lets the board keep their position
of power, yet get the cash with which to do business.
