draft. However, I think that the issues Evan raised should
be adressed, so I'll borrow his method.
The dwarf (Irish) scratches a scared cheek, calmly waiting for Dana to finish,
then begins ticking points off on his fingures.
"First, I don't dictate equipment, I mearly make suggestions. What you
do with them is your buisness. Second, I don't know where you dealt with Ares
before, but the folks in the Seattle Arch. are pretty much a decent bunch. If
they know that your _not_ trying to kill them, their hell-and-away less likely
to try and kill you. Third, you consider people you run with family, I got
similar feelings for folks in Ares security, I would greatly prefer not to have
to test the strength of my loyalties. Fourth, if we start popping caps, my old
comrades in the Fast Response Section will make us into dog-meat. Fifth, if we
hit the Arch with exploding drones, rockets, whatever, it'll put security on
alert and make things about a hundred times harder. Sixth, if it comes down to
the wire, I'm quite capable of waxing a former co-worker or friend in order to
stay alive, so don't worry about that. Anymore problems?"
Irish leans back in his chair, takes a swig from a hip flask and
grimaces, "I really got to get the kid a new recipe for coffee, this stuff
would kill a troll."
