What He Said. In our game there's a fine line between Riggers and
Deckers since most (with the exception of one-trick-wonders like
Moonwalker) become Techies. It's a hybrid class, but you gotta keep
up with the mages, no?
Start w/ Resources maxed out, get an average deck and VCR-2,
and get your reflexes by synaptic accelerator. Throw the rest of your
essence into headware memory and the best skillwires money can buy.
After that, you just need Karma to raise your stats.
