Granted Vathor is a "little fish"; but it is in direct competition with BOTH
S-I and Maxim. The vast majority of Vathor Technologies markets are military
and security weaponries, mostly in Central/Eastern Europe and Asia. They
have just started gaining a foothold in North America, which is the reason
for the high starting stock price and the susequent large jump. Vathor has
HQs in both Sassnitz, Pomorya and Moscow. Both Baron Weder(President of
Vathor Technologies, Central European Division) and Rathor (CEO of the entire
company) are major political forces. Their influence in politics in Germany
and Russia can cause problems for corps foolish enough to mess with them,
without VERY credible evidence.
