Exactly, if it can actually pose a commercial threat to either, then it
must be fairly well established. Well established stocks almost NEVER
fluctuate by 150% in a week...

Where in Central/Eastern Europe? SI is based out of Dubrovnik (in the
exYugoslavia...). I'm sort of assuming, unlike Nigel Findley, that the
civil war has ended, and that the state has been _somewhat_
stable/democratic for the last 45+ years. SI operates as a nominal part of
this state's armed forces. (Although both Sheppard was British, and
Intrepid... wasn't *grin*... Elyena Hayes was born in Serbia).

The starting stock price is no problem.

Regrettably, I've never had the appropraite finances floating around to
purchase the Germany sourcebook, so I try to stay away from the exEC as
much as possible... =)
