At this rate, it's almost time for a corp war. You know, don't you, that the
Big 8 can by no means tolerate another corp gaining nuclear capability. I'll
say that Ares has been talking with Fuchi, S-K, and a few other folks. They
are fully prepared to squash any (and all) of Maxim's development facilities
if need be. Assume that a single, private email message has been sent to
Velli, telling her to desist immediately or suffer all-out war.

The problem is that, by any realistic measure, Maxim's ambitions can't be
tolerated. They wouldn't have been tolerated this far, most likely, but this
forum is about a certain amount of creative license...

The question now is whether we want a full-scale armed conflict on our hands.
Opinions? This could go as "cleanly" as bombings (and the like) of key
Maxim sites, or a lot messier. Ares and other Big 8 corps now have their
strike units on full combat readiness...
