Hmm....4 and 6 both look pretty nice. I guess the only real difference is
whether the mere threat of collective action by the Big 8 could get
Maxim to make the concessions to save their ass (#6) or whether the Big 8
and/or Maxim are pugilistic enough to precipitate direct conflict (#4). I
think there's enough breadth of personality in the ruling cadre of the Big 8
to make either option possible from their end...which of the two seems more
in character for Maxim? In either case, the net result is that there are
some nukes somewhere specific, and someone helps some runners to wreck that
somewhere at the appropriate moment. I like it. =)

As I don't have the Aztlan sourcebook, what sort of sanctions are we talking
about in #4 anyway? =)
