I don't think word of this should get out. Not only would it be a
"world changing thing" (which I have no problem with, but I understand the
list does), but it should shift parts of the public into hysteria mode.

the CC wouldn't want to broadcast the fact that Maxim has nukes, because
Maxim would just counter that everyone _else_ has nukes. No corp would
want that to be known. The way the CC would like to see it IMHO, is Maxim
suffers for a few weeks before being bought out at a rediculasly low price
by a member of the 8...
