I'm going to do some major snippage here and comment on the rest of the
stuff later on when I have more time. But for now, just a few comments
that are immediately appropos.

After the nearly total destruction of the facility(Maxim is going for
spin doctoring), the Court would have issued a second ultimatum which
Maxim would have immediately responded to and followed to the letter.
This would be within 12 hours, so any action after that would meet a
Maxim Arms that is compliant with the Court.

I'll send that post next to clarify, since it was supposed to have been
done yesterday at 10:41 PM, precisely 12 hours after Warsaw was
attacked. I'll wait on the actual ultimatum until I'm done with
the rest of the stuff, but the response will go out ASAP. Overarching plot
clarification is a hell of a lot more important than the specific details
I have planned.

Velli and the Board are in the Ute Sector of the FRFZ at Maxim Arms HQ.
The only HQ on UCAS territory is Maxim Aerotech, and that's in the FRFZ
as well. Maxim has split it's corporate HQs between all the sectors of
the FRFZ(Denver). In addition, Maxim Arms pretty much runs the rest of
the subsidiaries as well as providing security, military, and
intelligence assets. As such, the parent company has only 8 facilities
worldwide, and they are; Quito, Ecuador; London; Krasnoyarsk, Russia;
Sidney; Denver; Sidney; Hilo, Hawaii; Marrakech, Moroccco.

Velli herself owns 51% of Maxim, the COB owns about 20%, and John Skulkin
12%. So the Board cannot vote Velli out.



Like I said, I'll respond to this in a lot more detail later. But by 4
hours after you had sent the message, Maxim would have been in compliance
with the Court's ruling regarding the nukes, they would all have been
stored in Cambodia(or, since SE Asia is nearly a war zone ruled by local
warlords, what's left of it) or presumed destroyed. The rest of the plot
will be a while in coming.
