Ok, how about this.


Maxim is allowed to continue operations within Amazonian territory, but
with the following restrictions:

No R&D(mostly biomedical)
Maxim loses all security contracts with the government
Maxim is required to inform Amazonia of all potential environmentally
hazardous materials within 2 weeks from today or tomorrow.
Maxim has to cease any resource exploitation of any kind in Amazonia, not
that they did a hell of a lot to begin with
They have to allow an Amazonian observer into thier production facilities
once a week.
Maxim is required to pay for the cost of the recent troop movements.
Maxim is not allowed to bid on further government contracts for, say, 2
years.

Now, Maxim probably has a decent contract with Amazonia where they do
security, so Amazonia would buy out the contracts and give them to
someone else, like SI or Ares or Tom's corp(don't remember the name,
though).

Now, that's a first take. Any additional ideas?
